Wayne Pau is a well rounded, multi-disciplined member of the newly formed Emerging Technologies group with SAP. Educated as a Systems Design Engineer from the University of Waterloo, he has become a relative “veteran” of mobile devices since the first set of handhelds over 15 years ago.
Wayne has a strong commitment to building the next generation of quality systems and applications. Over the years he’s been involved with various parts of the development process, including application development, design, UX and testing. On top of mobile apps, Wayne has had the opportunity to work with other technologies, including RFID, Embedded Devices, IoT and Bio-Med.
Wayne also has great passion for lifelong learning. When not actively involved in building apps, he loves to engage with others to help promote adaptive innovation and building user-centric solutions using such approaches as Design Thinking and Agile/SCRUM.

Companies need to connect their consumer’s multiple screens to drive a seamless content and commerce experience.The greatest challenge facing our digital economy will be how to understand this consumer journey.
This summit is not business as usual.
The goal is to provide actionable insights. We will dynamically publish a book on the event in real-time that partners can use as a client resource and as thought leadership material. We have Rovio (Angry Birds) and Red Bull hosting hands-on game/app workshops and many agency, brand and retail leaders running interactive keynotes.
The MultiScreen Summit is partnered with the Direct Marketing Association (DMA) during their Integrated Marketing Week www.imweek.org. Integrated Marketing Week draws approximately 3000 attendees and covers a very broad range of topics under the “integrated marketing” umbrella. Additionally, the Hollywood Reporter and the Location Based Marketing Association (LBMA) are working closely to build interactive curriculum.
The MultiScreen Summit’s agenda is organized into a matrix where TOOLKIT sessions are horizontal and multi-sector (such as social, consumer narrative, big data) and INSIGHTS are vertical sector specific discussions (such as health, education, retail, financial, brand, sports). We want to address innovation around the mobile space between the connected screens and explain that the connections between these media touch points have as much value as the content on the screens. These insights will drive incremental engagement, commerce and general brand fluidity.

Ilona Posner is a User Experience & Usability Consultant with more than 25 years of experience including design and evaluation of mobile apps, web sites, software, hardware, and business strategies. An experienced educator Ilona teaches both university and professional development courses and holds a Masters Degree in Computer Science from the University of Toronto. Sebastian is a creative, multi-platform web and mobile application development specialist. Known for architecting award winning experiences for world-renowned brands including Adobe, BMW, Wendy’s, Kia Motors and Disney, his work has been recognized by The Webby Awards and The FWA. Sebastian is an active member of the Facebook Preferred Marketing Developer program, a distinction of excellence awarded to Social Control for its unique app development capabilities.
As Co-Founder of Villamedia, a web, mobile and social software development company, and Social Control’s Canadian technology arm, Sebastian leads a team of developers working on projects that range from mobile applications to websites and data-centric web apps. Most recently, Sebastian was honoured as member of the jury at the Digi Awards for the “Best in Mobile” and “Best in Tablet” categories.

Mark has been an innovator in the industry since ‘96, specializing in the converging campaigns across multiple channels, and leveraging emerging (or existing) technologies in brand sensitive, consumer focused activations. Having a background both in design and development, he’s able to “speak the language” of disparate individuals, extend ideas, and create opportunities that would have otherwise been unrealized.
Colin is a regular contributing writer and speaker/panelist for the Canadian Marketing Association, both from a business-savvy, marketing standpoint and also for salient leadership in extending entertainment properties. His breadth of experience, ability to create complimentary leverage between genres, and in-market discipline allow Colin to spearhead Kolody’s IP efforts and give purpose to the agency’s innovation.
